Police in Hamilton investigate a shooting that ended with the victim's van crashing into a yard.

It happened at around 10:45 Monday night at Washington and Francis Streets in Hamilton.

We're told the man was shot in the leg.

The victim was flown to the hospital... but police have not released his name or condition.
